Darren Isaak, MBA, BSN, RN, CCHP, LNC is a nurse executive and Legal Nurse Consultant with extensive leadership experience in utilization management, correctional healthcare, healthcare quality, regulatory compliance, and medical-legal consulting. Throughout his career, Darren has led complex CMS and NCQA audit initiatives, directed utilization management programs, managed member and provider appeals, developed clinical policies, and collaborated with interdisciplinary teams to improve quality, compliance, and patient outcomes. As a Legal Nurse Consultant, Darren partners with attorneys to provide objective medical record analysis, nursing standard of care evaluations, case chronologies, and expert consultation. His ability to translate complex clinical information into clear, evidence-based opinions helps attorneys build stronger, better informed cases.
